How many courses can I access?

Regardless of which subscription plan you choose, you will have access to every My Digital Works course that is being hosted through the Online Training Vault.


Are the courses Video or Written Based?

We have both written and video based instruction courses. You can view a list of our current courses along with their formats from our home page.


How do I access the courses?

If you have an active subscription all you need to do is login to our site and you can access any of our training courses. You can always hit the TRAINING VAULT tab from any page to return to the current course listing.


When can I access the courses?

Courses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (excluding maintenance periods and any unplanned outages).


What are the bookmarks for?

Bookmarks allow you to tag a favorite lesson or course and have the tag available for 1-click access from your account dashboard.


What is the content feedback?

Content feedback allows you to submit user feedback on a course by course as well as a lesson by lesson basis. We are constantly monitoring the quality of our courses and want to know what you like and dislike.


What do the voting features do?

Voting features allow you to rank courses and lessons for other users to see. You can view course rankings that others have submitted.

What is the main difference between Premium and Standard Subscriptions?

The main difference is that Premium Subscriptions offer more training material and features. The primary features included with the Premium Subscription are Project File downloads, iPod/PSP downloads and Flash based exams


How many subscriptions do you offer at each level?

Current we offer two standard subscriptions, billed quarterly or annually and one premium subscription, billed annually.


Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Yes - at anytime. Each time you upgrade or downgrade your subscription you will need to initialize and sign a new contract through our online store.


How do I upgrade my subscription?

Upgrading is fast and easy. Login to your account and then visit our online store. Choose the new subscription plan you would like to have. During checkout your old subscription will be upgraded and any remaining time left on it will be pro-rated to your new subscription.


How do I access project files?

Generally project files are available within the first couple of lessons within the course. Please note that project files are available on a course by course basis.


How do I take the Flash based quizzes?

The only requirement for accessing the quizzes is to have the Adobe Flash plugin installed within your browser. If you need this plugin you can install it for free from Adobe.com

How often am I billed?

You are billed according to your renewal timeframe, either quarterly (every 3 months) or annually (every 12 months).


How am I billed?

For your protection we currently do not have access to your financial information. When you purchase a subscription you set up a subscription plan through PayPal who securely processes the payment on our behalf.


I am upgrading to a new subscription - when will I be billed?

If you are upgrading to a new subscription you will be billed initially to establish your subscription however you will not be billed again until all of your remaining credits are used up. For example, if you have 1 month left in your quarterly subscription and upgrade to an annual contract you will be billed initially but will not be billed again for another 13 months.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at anytime.


How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancelling your subscription is fast an easy. Access your account dashboard and view your subscription details. Click on the link to cancel your subscription.


What happens after I cancel my subscription?

Once your account has been canceled you will no longer be billed. Your account will remain active and you can still access training features until your account expires. For example - if you cancel your annual subscription after 10 months of training you will still have access for 2 more months.


Are there any penalties for cancelling my account?

There are no penalties for cancelling your subscription. You can do so at anytime.
